To shop on our site just hit the “” button under each item, you will then go to see the shopping cart where you will be asked for your location. You can add, remove, continue shopping or go to checkout. You can click continue shopping to continue to browse our site. If you decide to go to checkout you will still have the option of "return to basket or "continue shopping" should you forget something. The content amount appears on every page for your convenience. If you are given a Promo code please place in the cart box and click apply, you will then get a % discount for that code.

We use Roman Cart to calculate the weight//distance postage and packing which is very accurate.

When you are happy to proceed you will be presented a secure page to enter your delivery details on. Please be assured that these details will NEVER be given or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.  The "your details" page allows you to place your details to show us the delivery address etc. When you have entered you details you then have 4 options to make payment, cheque, postal order, Paypal, or by secure Card payment.  The first explain themselves, simply click the link and you will be given the address to send the cheque/postal order to. For cheque payments please allow clearance time before dispatch. For instant payment, click on the Credit/Debit card Paypal link. We use Paypal to handle our card transactions. You do not need a Paypal account , nor use any account you may have with them. When you have completed this you will then go to  Paypal's secure site look for the lock sign, these differ in different browsers.

This shows the transaction is totally encrypted. This should appear when you come to give your credit/bank card or Paypal details. The information is encrypted with an encryption key length of 128 bits ( the highest available )You can make card payment, without needing a Paypal account or joining Paypal. However if you do have a Paypal account you can use this to pay also. All major Debit/Credit cards accepted. Visa card, master card ,switch, electron and any major bank/credit card.

The other way is, just email or phone us your order and we will do the rest, we would send an email to you with an invoice amount and a secure link to follow. We never ask for your card details nor do we see this information from Paypal, therefore protecting both parties. We can in exceptional cases take payment over the phone, but we prefer not to if this can be avoided. No details are kept on record.
