How to shop on our site
To shop on our site just hit the
button under each item you would
like to purchase,
you will then see that the shopping cart will add this item to your
basket. You can can then continue shopping through our pages or
click on 
to go to
view your items and checkout. In the checkout you can add,
remove, continue shopping or go to checkout and pay. If you
decide to go to checkout you will still have the option of
"return to basket" or "continue shopping" should you forget
something. If we have given you a Promotional discount code
please place in the cart box and click apply, you will
then get a % discount for that code. Our shopping cart
calculates the weight/distance postage and
packing.
When you are happy to proceed you will be presented with a page to enter your delivery details on. When you have entered your address, and the delivery address at the bottom you have the choice of payment methods. You can make payment by any major card securely through Nochex, use a Nochex account, Paypal, Googlecheckout account or you can call us to make a card payment. There is also a button for cheque and postal order payment details. After filling in your address and delivery details and should you select card, paypal or google payment your screen will do the following:-

This shows the transaction is totally encrypted. This should appear when you come to give your credit/bank card or Paypal details. The information is encrypted with an encryption key length of 128 bits, the highest available. You can then securely put your card details into the payment page. Some cards will ask for additional information to confirm you are the correct owner of the card. If you do have a Paypal account you can use this to pay also. All major Debit/Credit cards accepted. Visa card, Mastercard ,switch and any major bank/credit card. We do not see any card details when purchases are made this way.
Please be assured that these details will NEVER be given or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. The "your details" page allows you to place your details to show us the delivery address etc. When you have entered you details you then have several options to make payment, cheque, postal order, or by secure Card payment. Simply click the link for the type of payment you would like to use. For cheque payments please allow bank clearance time before dispatch.
The other way is, just email or phone us your order and we will do the rest, we would send an email to you with an invoice amount and a secure link to follow. We never ask for your card details nor do we see this information from Paypal, therefore protecting both parties. We can in exceptional cases take payment over the phone, but we prefer not to, if this can be avoided. No details are ever kept on record.
Having been with Paypal for over 6 years, we have been verified by Paypal's and googlecheckout's internal security systems and our payment page has 128bit SSL security measures.
