At Uwoodtoys we pride ourselves in service and quality. Our website is open for everyone to buy from, with nearly all major bank and credit cards. We also offer the option to pay by cheque postal order and BACS. Any payment taken by phone is securely handled and no customers details are held, recorded or sold for marketing purposes. We will only despatch items following CLEARED payment. This is especially important when considering BACS or cheque payment.

In the unlikely event that you find any item that you find broken, damaged or unsuitable carries a full returns policy.
Damaged and broken items will only be refunded after contacting us to explain the problem. Just returning the item to us will not instantly qualify. We would offer a replacement or refund, but please contact us first as we could possibly resolve a situation more efficiently, without you incurring further inconvenience.
If you purchase an item or service and find it is not suitable, the Distance Selling Regulation allow a 7 day cooling off period for any purchase or service brought. During which time you may contact us to arrange a return of an item full refund. Any refund of items will only take place after the item has been returned to us and any return postage is not refundable. The item must be in the same saleable condition as brought. Again we value our customer service and a phone call can easily resolve any issue or enquiry you may have.
Please be assured that we value our customers, and pride ourselves in our service, and treat all customers with the up most respect. Please make any calls during office hours 9:00 to 18:00 hours Monday to Friday. Any enquiries outside of these hours please email us and we will attempt to call you back as soon as is possible.
